By accessing or using the BrandGuard by Condition One website ("Site") or any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

Our services

BrandGuard provides Amazon brand-protection services including unauthorized seller removal, listing control and optimization, and ongoing channel enforcement. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate written agreement between you and Condition One.

Use of the Site

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your brand.
• You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• Any information you submit must be accurate and not infringe on the rights of others.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the BrandGuard and Condition One marks, is owned by Condition One or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

No guarantees

While we work to deliver effective enforcement results, marketplace outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including third-party platform decisions. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as the removal of any particular seller or the recovery of any specific revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Condition One and BrandGuard will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
